Mizz OUTSFL was established to be different than an other pageants. Why? Our goal is to truly highlight the philanthropic work our performers do for us each day. At our core, as a community organization, we ask that contestants present on behalf of a non-profit or charity. Contestants must demonstrate their understanding of the organization and showcase its mission and values through public speaking.
